Kim designs wholistic and integrated trauma-informed and culturally safe treatment plans, tailored to your individual needs. Approaches include: somatic, relational, Two-Eyed Seeing, expressive-based, ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, IFS, Brainspotting, strengths-based, accoustic therapy, relapse prevention planning and person-centered and structural family therapy. Group therapy is also available on a periodic basis (please inquire).
